Women's Reservation Bill, Honesty,..

The long proposed/delayed Women's reservation Bill is going to be introduced in the next session of parliament. Though I am not aware of details, I am happy about the whole thing. I want women representation to be 50% in everything, though i don't see that happening anytime soon.

Ok, next topic. Honesty.

How much honesty is possible? Is honesty single entity, I mean whould we difference between honesty to oneself and honesty for general consumption? Does practicality allow complete honesty in all respects? Is honesty defined/influenced by culture,milieu? ..
Yesterday, I asked aforementioned union legend a personal question. I asked him,"do you regret taking path in which you are in?"
His answer was "I was told that I could have done better in other fields, like politics.. But one can't do everything. And ifs and buts will always be there. I spent major part of life in union activities and I don't think it's going to change". I didn't get my answer. Probably he wasn't sure if he must regret/ no regret his past. But then , who is?
